How does it work?

First, you will receive a free consultation where you will be presented with the potential earning of your apartment. Depending on the package selected, your level of involvement will vary. From the basic package, you will have to completely set your listing including pictures, apartment and neighbourhood description. For the premium turn key package, we will take care of everything.
 

How does payment work?

You receive 100% of the earnings. Then, one a month, you will get billed once a month 5%, 10%, or 20% according to the package you have selected. Commission are calculated before the plateform service fee.

What if something happens to my apartment?

Such instances are extremely rare and you will be covered by a 1 000 000$ insurance policy from Airbnb.
